Yes, I agree with Dr. Laine: I see the section for "Misidentifications" but where is the section on "Objects Yet to be Identified"? Or have you been able to identify everything?

Are you so sure of all phenomena in the sky that there is not even a section for possible unknowns?

Then what is this website about? Explaining away all UFOs or UAPs? Are there, perhaps, objects seen in the sky that our brilliant scientific community may not be able to, at least at present, explain?

Did the Russian official launch time match the time of observation in Tromso?

Did the azimuth direction observed from Tromso correspond with the location of the rocket failure reported by the Russian officials?

What did people in Honningsvag and Kirkenes observe at that time? If they observed something at the same time, what were the compass directions to the phenomena seen by people in those cities?

***Not a rocket. EISCAT more Likely

your Chart for identifying UAP is very useful,But it does not have any Block for phenomena Not fitting into its flow of pre-conceived "we can explain everything" ideas ! Obviously you want to attract Professional observers rather than Ufo sensationalists, BUT (BUT) millions of scientists already accept that even Statistically there "MUST" be other forms of Advanced life "out there"; so what will you do if some of "THEM" do appear in the sky one day ? write them off as floating dustbin lids or something ? no need to be TOO cynical :)
